This 2-ply yarn is constructed in a subtle marl, resulting in beautiful and dynamic neutral base. These 100g undyed skeins are washed to bring extra softness, and pair conveniently with the 50g hand-dyed skeins for colourwork sweaters.
We've enjoyed knitting this versatile untreated 100% wool yarn in a range of gauges, from 16 stitches / 4" for shawls, to 24 stitches / 4" in cosy colourwork, and everywhere in between! And it's also a perfect base for getting creative with mohair pairings, or hold it double for chunky projects from 14-16 stitches / 4".

Hand wash, lay flat to dry. As with any hand-dyed yarn, colours may bleed slightly upon wet-blocking: particularly strong reds and blues.
