For the last few years, we've watched our shipping costs go up and up and up, and reluctantly we've had to raise our own shipping flat rate as well. We've always prided ourselves on being lightning fast to pack up your online orders, and offer excellent customer service that we hope has justified the hefty price tag.
We've been researching alternatives for months and we finally decided that going in to 2024 we want to offer our customers more options when it comes to shipping. We're keeping our Expedited Shipping option for Canada - it's very quick and reliable (sometimes Quebec and Ontario customers get their orders the very next day!) But we're adding another tracked option, for just $12. This service will still ship via Canada Post and be tracked, but it will go through a third-party shipping service first. This will add several days - possibly even two weeks - to the usual delivery time.
For the USA, we have the same offer of $12 shipping via this discounted service, which will eventually deliver the parcel via USPS. Or American customers can select the same tracked service from Canada Post we've always offered, at $22.00.
For international customers, pricing hasn't changed, but we will customize the service we choose based on your location. We will choose tracked, reputable services - and of we can't find any - we will contact you.
