We offer in-person classes at our shop in NDG in Montreal, Canada. Most classes are limited to 6 students, so there is plenty of personal attention to ensure your success!
Before registering for a class, have a read about our policies to make sure you get the most from the experience.
Levels:
We assign each class a level to help guide you on selecting the right class for you. Classes from Level 1 – 3 may also have additional pre-requisites or homework - please read the class description carefully and make sure you are comfortable with these techniques!
- Level 0: never knit before
- Level 1: can knit and purl, cast on and cast off
- Level 2: meets level 1 requirements, can decrease and increase, familiarity with standard patterns
- Level 3: meets level 2 requirements, can knit comfortably in the round, and can confidently follow a pattern
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds when students don’t meet the prerequisites.
What to bring:
Our intro Level 0 classes include materials, but most classes don’t! Read the class description when you register and make sure you have the right materials and tools for your class well in advance - this way you have time to make adjustments if the needle size or yarn selected isn’t right for you.
We find the best thing you can bring to class is curiosity, confidence and a desire to learn.
Cancellations and Refunds:
While we wish it weren’t so, sometimes we have to cancel classes due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or because not enough students registered. If we cancel a class, students will be offered a refund or store credit. In the case of a multi-week class cancelled mid-session, the refund or credit will reflect the number of hours being cancelled.
Students may cancel up to 1 week before a class begins, for a full refund or store credit. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the class begins will be offered store credit. Kindly note, we cannot offer a refund or store credit if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up classes, discounts or refunds for missed classes in a series.
